Parents charged in Illinois infant's death PINCKNEYVILLE, Ill. - Two parents from Pinckneyville, Illinois, have been arrested and charged in connection with the death of their infant son.On Tuesday, the Illinois State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor's Office charged Logan Hutchings and Sophia Kelly, both 21, with three counts of first-degree murder. Missouri Senate hears legislation allowing open enrollment JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Legislation is moving forward in the Missouri Capitol to allow students to go to school outside the district they live in.The Public School Open Enrollment Act barely passed the Missouri House last month, and now the bill is in the hands of the Senate, where the education committee held a hearing Tuesday.
